The hotel is conveniently located down an alleyway in a quiet area, away from the bustling city center. It is also close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is average, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Although there is no swimming pool or recreational facility, the hotel offers other amenities such as a bar with good drinks and food.

The air conditioning in the rooms may not provide enough cold airflow, leading to some discomfort during warmer days.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions in the city. The value for money was great, as I got a spacious room at a reasonable price. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, nice for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, clearly showing that they have been recently refurbished to a high standard. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Madrid. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, good value, and excellent facilities.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was close to all the attractions and easily accessible to all types of transportation. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices including delicious tortilla, paella, and fresh pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Some of the receptionists seemed lazy and not very attentive to the needs of the guests.

Large suite with comfortable king bed. Extra bed provided for son. Huge bathroom with two headed shower and two person jetted tub. Excellent breakfast buffet with variety of options. Spotlessly clean.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities provided by this hotel. the private facilities, like the indoor swimming pool and spa center, were exceptional. the staff was professional, courteous, and always at our disposal. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and drinks, and the room was decorated beautifully. the central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city.

We could hear people in adjoining rooms and some hallway noise, which was a bit of a nuisance.

Convenient location near transportation options. Excellent dining options and prompt service. Rooms on higher floors offer lovely views. Spacious, modern, and clean rooms with complimentary alcohol and finger foods available. The Level lounge provides excellent service with a wide selection of food and drinks. Walking distance to popular shopping center.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints

I had a fantastic city break at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with any questions I had. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and attractions. the hotel had a great restaurant on-site, making it convenient if I didn't feel like going out.

The only downside was that the hotel looked a bit tired from the outside, but once inside, it was modern and excellent. The lack of English TV channels in the room was a small inconvenience, but overall it didn't affect my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a very nice hotel. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro and within walking distance of the Grand Via. The staff was friendly and even arranged a surprise celebration for my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Madrid.

The location was great, staff were superb, room was lovely and quiet, Level Lounge was fantastic with excellent service and food.

Our stay at Melia Madrid was fantastic. The Level suite was good with its double showers, enormous bath, and separate toilet. The double vanity sinks with ample storage were a plus. The staff was fabulous and always helpful. The location next to a metro station was convenient, as were the taxis at the door. The nightly turn down service and daily edible surprises were a nice touch. an lovely experience.

Not obvious to find.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We also appreciated the convenient parking option and the easy access to transportation, as the metro station was just a short walk away. The location was ideal, as it allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions, including the nearby palace. the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were attentive and helpful.
